Definitions and Parties

Seller: Elit Market, located at Litijska cesta 140, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, reachable via info@elitmarket.com elitmarket.eu.
Buyer: Any natural or legal person placing an order or creating an account via www.elitmarket.eu.
Website: The online storefront accessible at elitmarket.eu, through which Elit Market offers products and services.

Purchase of goods requires account registration with accurate, up‑to‑date personal information. Completion of an order signifies acceptance of these terms.
Orders are deemed accepted upon the Seller’s confirmation, delivered by email after verification of stock and price.

Product descriptions and prices are presented with due care; however, typographical errors or system failures may cause discrepancies. Elit Market reserves the right to correct such errors.
Prices are denominated in euros (EUR) and include Slovenian VAT. The Seller may modify prices and promotional offers without prior notice, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Website.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, secure online payment services and (if available) cash on delivery. Payments are processed over secure connections and your payment data are used solely to execute the transaction.

Deliveries are confined to Slovenian territory. Estimated delivery times are indicated during ordering and depend on stock availability. Shipping costs and expected delivery dates are displayed at checkout.

For distance contracts, consumers enjoy a statutory 14‑day withdrawal period under EU laweuropa.eu. This allows cancellation without providing a reason, counted from receipt of goods (or from contract conclusion for services)europa.eu.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify Elit Market within the withdrawal period and return goods unused, with original packaging intact. The Buyer bears the cost of return postage unless otherwise indicatedeuropa.eu.
Exceptions: The withdrawal right does not apply to perishable goods (e.g. fresh food), bespoke or personalised items, unsealed audio/video or software media, and certain digital downloadseuropa.eu. As Elit Market sells perishables, returns of such items are excluded.
If withdrawal is not communicated in time or goods are returned damaged, the Seller may refuse reimbursement.

Under EU consumer law, buyers benefit from a minimum two‑year legal guarantee from the date of deliveryeuropa.eu. Defective goods must be repaired or replaced free of charge; if this is impossible or disproportionate, the consumer is entitled to a price reduction or a full/partial refundeuropa.eu.
If a defect appears within one year, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless the seller proves otherwiseeuropa.eu. Second‑hand goods also carry at least a one‑year guaranteeeuropa.eu.

All content (text, images, logos, design) on the Website is owned by Elit Market or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

These terms are governed by Slovenian law and applicable EU legislation. Parties undertake to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, the competent courts of Ljubljana shall adjudicate.
Consumers may also access the EU’s online dispute resolution platform for cross‑border disputes.
